1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using easyShop ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

easyShop provides inventory management and billing software for retail businesses in India. The Service includes:

• GST-compliant billing and invoice generation
• Inventory tracking and management
• Sales analytics and reporting
• Multi-platform access (iOS, Android, Web, Desktop)
• Data synchronization across devices

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring the accuracy of information you provide
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Subscription & Billing

4.1 Free Trial

New users receive a 15-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to continue using the Service.

4.2 Subscription Pricing

• Monthly subscription: ₹149 per month
• First month discount: ₹60 (60% off)
• Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice

4.3 Payment & Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled. Payment is processed through our payment partner Razorpay. You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

4.5 Refund Policy

Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. To request a refund, contact us at admin@easylifeglobal.app within 7 days of payment.

5. Data & Privacy

5.1 Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the data you enter into easyShop. We do not claim ownership of your business data, customer information, or inventory records.

5.2 Data Retention

After account cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days to allow for reactivation. After 90 days, data may be permanently deleted. You can request data export before cancellation.

5.3 Privacy

Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Acceptable Use

6.1 Permitted Use

You may use easyShop for lawful business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
• Use the Service to transmit malware or harmful code
• Interfere with other users' use of the Service

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by easyShop and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EASYSHOP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable during maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service downtime.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
